Ayurveda Training Company
The Ayurveda Training Company which was set up in 2021 offers short on-line courses teaching the principles of Ayurveda. It teaches you how to use this knowledge in simple and practical ways to achieve balance and health for you as an individual. For those of you who are already qualified Ayurveda practitioners this will deepen your knowledge to share with your patients. Each course focuses on a specific subject starting with Ahara Chikitsa – Food as Medicine.
The company is run by Penny Spurr and Sarah Williams, who are both Ayurveda practitioners.
These courses have been lovingly formulated with hours of fascinating discussion by Penny and Sarah after years of practice in order to teach what they have learnt. They were fortunate to have received the very best training and felt that this exquisite wisdom is too important not to be shared with you. These courses are based on the ancient classical wisdom of Ayurveda, validated by today’s practice of Functional Medicine and their own clinical practice as Ayurveda Practitioners.
The information you are taught on these courses can be applied immediately as Ayurveda is exquisitely logical and practical and not just theoretical. Due to their own practice and teaching from Atreya they have been able to look at Ayurveda with a ‘western eye’ and brought this concept to these courses.
